Mariève Boulanger
Master's Candidate

Personal Information

Mariève Boulanger studied Chemical Engineering at Université Laval, Québec, Canada, graduating in 2015.  She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering at McGill University under the supervision of Prof. C. Hoesli.

Project Description

Mariève's research is focused on modifying surfaces with a combinatorial biomolecule conjugation strategy to promote surface endothelialisation.  The aim of this project is to develop an assay to investigate the effect of surface modification on capture, adhesion and differentiation of endothelial cells.  Her work will help the future development of a new generation of biomimetic vascular stents.
